Janwar ko zabah karna ghair fitri amal hai. Qudrat ne unhe zindagi di hai to insano ko koi haq nahi ke woh unki zindagi ko khatam kar de.


*الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب*

Janwaron ke zabah ke amal ko ghair fitri aur zulm qarar dena hikmat e Ilahi (حکمت الہی) se nawaqifiyat ki daleel hai. Is ko hum darj zail muqaddamon mein bayan karenge:


(1) Janwar do tarah ke hain:

(1) Jo aql o sha'oor rakhne wale ya taqatwar hain. Yeh apni taqat o quwwat aur apni chaalaki ke zariye apni ghiza hasil kar lete hain jaise sher, cheetah, kutte, billiyan waghera. Yeh janwar apni ghiza hasil karne mein insano ke mohtaaj nahi. Neiz yeh apni hifazat khud kar lete hain aur yeh apni hifazat mein dosron ke mohtaaj nahi hain.

(2) Woh janwar jo na to taqat o quwwat rakhte hain aur na hi aql o sha'oor jiske zariye apna rizq hasil kar saken, balki inka rizq insano par munhasir hai jaise bakri, bhains waghera. Neiz yeh apni hifazat mein bhi insano ke mohtaaj hain.


(2) Insan umoomi tor par mufad parast waqia hota hai. Woh har cheez mein apna faida dekhta hai. Agar uska faida ho to woh kaam karta hai aur agar uska faida na ho to woh kaam nahi karta. Bai'o shira, karobar, business, falahi kaam, ibadat, algharz insan ke har kaam mein koi na koi gharz aur faida wabasta hai. Agar koi faida na ho to abath (fazool aur laghw kaam karna) laazim aayega aur ek aqil o baligh se abath ka jaan bojh kar irtikab na mumkin hai.


(3) Agar daqeeq nazar se dekhein to maloom hoga ke اللہ پاک  ne umoomi tor par un janwaron ke zabah ki ijazat di hai jo apna rizq khud se hasil nahi kar sakte aur na hi apni hifazat kar sakte hain, balki woh apne rizq ke husool aur apni hifazat mein insano ke mohtaaj hain jaise bakri, bheer, gaaye, bhains, bail waghera.


(4) Agar mazkoor bala janwaron ke zabah ki ijazat nahi hoti to insan inko kabhi nahi paalta. Yun inki nasal khatam ho jati kyun ke mazkoor bala janwaron se teen bade munafit wabasta hain: hamal o naql (transport), doodh (milk) aur gosht (meat). Transport ke deegar behtar zaraaye hone ke sabab hamal o naql ka manfa'at taqreeban khatam ho chuka hai. Agar zabah ki mana'i kar di jaye to ek hi manfa'at baaqi rahega aur woh hai doodh. Aur doodh aisa sabab nahi hai jo insano ko mazkoor janwaron ko paalne par ubhare.


(5) Bakri mein doodh bilkul qaleel miqdaar mein hota hai jisse ek insan bhi shikam seer nahi ho sakta. Aur gaaye, bhains waghera mein doodh agarche waafir miqdaar mein hota hai lekin yeh miqdaar is baat ke liye na-kaafi hai ke insan 30-40 hazaar ka janwar khareed kar laye, din bhar mehnat kar ke usse chara de aur uski hifazat ka intezam kare. Ek gaaye mein ausatan rozana saat aath liter hi doodh hasil ho pata hai jiski fi zamanah keemat paanch so tak pohchti hai. Zahir si baat hai ke doodh ki yeh miqdaar rozana ke dekh bhaal aur uske dana pani ke muqable mein bohot hi kam hai. Yeh is baat ke liye na-kaafi hai ke insan inko paale. Agar doodh ko ek sabab maan bhi liya jaye jaise ke badi badi dairiyaan iska intezam karti hain, to arz yeh hai ke yeh manfa'at sirf maada janwaron se mayassar hogi. Aur maada bhi ek waqt ke baad bachay paida karne aur doodh dene se mehroom ho jati hai. Lehaza uske baad aqla inki dekh bhaal aur hifazat ki koi wajah nazar nahi aati.


Lehaza masla phir wahi manfa'at par laut aayega aur inko paalne mein insano par yak-tarfa mehnat padegi aur iske liye in janwaron ko paalna mushkil hoga.


*Khulasa e kalam yeh hai ke naql o hamal, doodh aur gosht mein se faqat doodh ke liye bakri, gaaye, bhains waghera ko paalna insan ke liye mushkil maamla hai. Neiz bail, bhains se naql o hamal khatam ho jane ke sabab insano ka unhe paalna dushwaar hai jisse unki nasal khatam ho jane ka imkan hai.*


Iski ek wazeh misaal gadhe ki hai jo fi zamanah khaal khaal hi nazar aata hai. Kyun ke aaj se chand da'haiyon pehle tak isse hamal o naql ka kaam liya jata tha. Baki isse na to doodh maqsood tha aur na hi gosht. Lekin jab hamal o naql ke deegar zaraaye aa gaye to iska yeh manfa'at khatam ho gaya. Nateejatan logon ne ise gharon se bahar nikaal diya aur ise paalna chhod diya. Aaj unki nasal khatam hone ki taraf barh rahi hai. Isi tarah khachar ka bhi maamla hai.


Jin ilaqon mein gaaye ke gosht par pabandi hai wahan ki umoomi soorat-e-haal yeh hai ke janwar raston, chorahon mein paday rehte hain. Bimar ho jayein to koi pursan e haal nahi. Kisi gaari se takra ho jaye, haath paon toot jayein to raste ke kinare paday sisak rahe hote hain. Agar koi insani hamdardi mein marham patti kara bhi de to woh in janwaron ke theek hone tak inke khurd o noosh ka intezam nahi kar pata. Nateejatan chand dino mein dekh bhaal na hone ke sabab mar jaate hain.


Aaye din yeh khabar aati hai ke falan gaushala mein itni gaayein dekh bhaal na hone ke sabab mar gayin. Jo tasweerein samne aati hain usmein gaayein hadiyon ke dhaanche mein tabdeel nazar aati hain jo is baat par daal hoti hain ke inke liye ghiza pani ka maqool bandobast nahi hua jiske sabab woh jaan bahaq ho gayin.


*Khulasa e kalam yeh hua ke mazkoor janwar apne khurd o noosh ke husool mein aur apni hifazat mein insano ke mohtaaj hain. Na to yeh jungle mein reh kar apni hifazat kar sakte hain aur na hi logon ki abaadi mein reh kar apni ghiza hasil kar sakte hain. Aur insan fitratan mufad parast waqia hota hai. Woh apne naf'a ke kaam karta hai aur baghair naf'a ke kaamon ko chhod deta hai. Lehaza laazim hua ke in janwaron mein aisa naf'a ho jiske sabab insan inko paale aur inki hifazat kare taake inki nasal baaqi rahe. Aur mazkoor janwaron mein teen tarah ke naf'a hain: (1) Hamal o naql (transport), (2) Doodh (milk) aur (3) Gosht (meat). Transport ke naye zaraaye aane ke sabab hamal o naql in se khatam ho chuka hai aur doodh aisa sabab nahi hai jiske liye insan inko paalne ki mushakkat bardasht kare. Lehaza agar gosht ko bhi band kar diya jaye to in janwaron ki nasal munqati aur inka wujood khatam ho jaye ga. Yahan par fana mein hi baqa ka raaz mazmoohar hai.*
